We revisited our Business Continuity Strategy to ensure safe social distancing across our operations, encouraged volunteering and set vaccination targets, with Khidmah aiming to vaccinate 90% of their workforce. This played a significant role in minimising business disruptions. A customer-centric approach Putting our customers first throughout COVID-19 AED 190M committed in March 2020 to assist tenants, homebuyers, students and business partners in weathering the immediate crisis.
